Terri Sue Phifer

Terri Sue Phifer, age 55, of Atlanta, IN died January 8, 2012 at Riverview Hospital at Noblesville, IN. She was born October 26, 1956 at Noblesville, IN to Donavon and Mary (Conaway) Kinder. She was a graduate of Hamilton Heights High School. Terri attanded the Atlanta Christian Church and was a member of the Atlanta Youth League. She worked in quality control for a medical supply manufacturing company. Terri was fondly known by her neighbors as the lady who walked her beloved dog and faithful companion, Bailey. She also enjoyed gardening, watching westerns, working puzzles, and most of all spending time with her family. She married Rick Lee Phifer on November 5, 1977. He survives her. Also surviving is a son: Justin (Jessica) Phifer of Franklin, IN, a daughter: Jessica Phifer of Tipton, IN, a brother: Mike Kinder of Arcadia, IN, two sisters: Vickie Eller of Tampa, FL and Patsy Matheny of Chicago, IL and her parents, Donavon and Mary Kinder of Atlanta, IN. Visitation will be Saturday, January 14, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. at the Atlanta Christian Church with memorial services to follow at 4:00 P.M. Rev Harold Barnett will officiate. Hartley Funeral Homes Arcadia Chapel is handling the arrangements.
