Terri Lynn Teall, age 59 of Grand Haven, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at home. She was born on August 24, 1961, in Fremont, Michigan, to Terry and Wanda (Phillips) Wantz. She married Joseph Teall on her 18th birthday on August 24, 1979, in Fremont.
Terri graduated from Fremont High School and then worked as an office manager at MLP, MFG Inc. for many years. She volunteered at Bay Cliff Health Camp in Big Bay, Michigan, for several years, and also served as a board member of the Terry Wantz Historical Research Center. Terri enjoyed cooking, sewing and knitting, and studying genealogy.
Terri is lovingly remembered and missed by her husband of 41 years, Joseph Teall of Grand Haven; her two daughters, Miranda Sue (Luiz) Ybbarra of Grand Haven and Jennifer Leigh Teall of Hawaii; her four sons: Kyle Joseph and Tyler Collin Teall of Grand Haven, Adam Lee (Megan) Teall of Hesperia, and Christopher John (Joanna)Teall of Rothbury, Michigan; seven grandchildren; her mother, Wanda Wantz of Muskegon; her sisters, Trude (Ken) Bushaw and Tena (Jim) Johnson; her brother, Todd (Rose) Wantz; and in-laws: JoAnne (Todd) Cripps, Nancy (Bob) Jarrard, Tom (Doris) Teall and Donna Teall. She was preceded in death by her father, Terry Wantz.
The Memorial Service for Terri will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 6, 2021, at Klaassen Family Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Bytwerk officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Lake Forest Cemetery.
