Terry Cutburth Obituary
Terry proudly served in the United States Air Force and the Tennessee Air National Guard. She had a deep love for the outdoors. Whether she was hunting, hiking, or fishing, she embraced every opportunity she could to connect with nature. Terry was especially proud of her Native heritage and she carried that pride with her and passed it on in her stories, traditions, and the way she lived. She was a proud member of Western Cherokee Nation of Arkansas and Missouri. Above all, she loved her family. She was devoted, strong, and loyal. To know her was to be loved deeply, fiercely and wholeheartedly.
On December 31, 1996 she married John Cutburth. He preceded her in death on February 28, 2025. She is survived by one son: Brian Cole of Poplar Bluff, MO; two grandchildren: Corra White and Haley McColl; one great-grandchild: Richard Whelchel; two brothers: Mark (Kim) Barr of Wichita, KS and Jim (Danielle) Barr, Albuquerque, NM; and one stepsister: Tonya Cryer of Poplar Bluff, MO.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at White-Sanders Funeral Home in Qulin. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Qulin Cemetery. Condolences: www.whitesandersfuneralhome.com
