Your laughter, your jokes, your humor, and your presence is still missed everyday at the KAM. I and the other staff still feel you here and it is a comfort knowing you are checking in on us once in awhile.

The years we spent racing together back in the early 80's thru the 90's were some of my very best days I hold dear. When you raced your atlas van lines and I raced my budlight boat, people would line the shore lines and everything would stop as people watched us go at it lap after lap. Then of course on Saturday nights at the go cart tracks. I looked up to you as a kid growing up, heck all of you practically helped raise me as we were all one big family back then. All the chatter back an forth on the cb radio headed to races, friendship and camaraderie we shared will NEVER be forgotten. Seemed like those days stood still and we never grew old. You lived a good life my friend and was happy to see all you were doing with the museum and staying busy and young like you always did. Turn and burn, never jump the start, and race on my dear friend, I cherish those days.

The quality of your craftsmanship will live forever in all the projects you worked on at the Kansas Aviation Museum. We are forever grateful.

Terry was always there to support me from day one when I started at the Kansas Aviation Museum. I had a vehicle issue one time and he walked in while I was explaining what was going on to a co-worker. He walked back in 20 minutes later with the fluid, and asked for my keys. He wouldn't take any money when I tried to pay him back. Whenever we had an event where we worked the gate, he always fussed until someone would come and sit with us once he had to leave. He was one of the most opinionated, stubborn, funny, sly sense of humor, and "uncle" I could have wished for. You will be missed Terry.
