Sue, I offer my deepest and sincere condolences for Terry´s passing from John Hancock. I have such fond memories of you both and your compassionate treatment you gave me at the office years ago. I currently see Dr. Phann Vu and that is how I found out about this tragedy in your life. Sue, if you need anything at all, please don´t hesitate to call me.
