Dr. Terry L. Gamache

Dr. Terry L. Gamache, age 81, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 18,2026 in St. Charles, Missouri.

Terry was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose life was defined by service-to his family, his patients, and his community. For nearly 50 years, he proudly served the St. Charles area as a podiatrist and owner of St. Charles Foot Care Center, building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues alike. His dedication to his profession was evident through his leadership as past president of both the Missouri APMA and the Missouri Diabetic Association.

Above all else, Terry cherished his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Suzie Gamache; his children Mark Gamache, Greg Gamache, Stacey (Jay) Tucker, Dan Craghead, and James Craghead; and his beloved grandchildren Mackenzie Tucker, Jhovan, Rheizel, Daniel Jr., and Haley Craghead, and Nathan, Sullivan, and Mary Larkin Craghead, who brought him immense pride and joy. He is also survived by his sisters Phyllis (Earl) Schmidt and Lenora Wolf-Mazander. He is proceeded in death by his parents.

Terry had a deep love for travel and treasured time spent with his family, whether celebrating milestones or enjoying everyday moments together. An Eagle Scout, he carried the values of leadership, service, and integrity with him throughout his life.

Terry will be remembered for his compassion, dedication, and the meaningful impact he made on so many lives. His legacy lives on through the family he loved, the community he served, and the countless people whose lives he touched.
