Terry Olliff Obituary

Corpus Christi, TX - 3/24/1960 - 11/14/2024

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Terry Olliff on November 14, 2024, in Corpus Christi after a long battle with illness. He was 64 years old.

Terry was born on March 24, 1960, in Odessa, TX to Mickey and Barbara Olliff. He was a graduate of Permian High School and went on to college in Austin, TX.

After college Terry spent a long career in the oilfield working for the family business, Tripple M Oil Tool along side his father and brother. Terry moved to Corpus in the mid 90's to expand the company's reach. He worked there until he retired in 2012.

One of Terry's favorite hobbies was fishing, he absolutely loved to be out on the water, especially getting to fish with his father, Mickey. Terry was also an avid golfer, one of his favorite stories he always told was about getting to play golf in Scotland.

Terry is survived by his brother Mike Olliff and wife Melissa of New Braunfels, his nephew Josh Olliff of Midland, TX and niece Amanda Williams of Odessa, TX. He is preceded in death by his parents Mickey and Barbara Olliff.

In keeping with the wishes of Terry Olliff there will be no funeral services. Instead of flowers, those who wish to make a gesture in his memory are encouraged to donate to the Humane Society of Odessa.

Mike, I´m so sorry to hear of Terry´s passing.
He´s been on the coast so long, he really loved the Salt Life.
Whenever he came to town he would show up to Zucchis with that big ole smile.
He and Lassa and I would start a long evening of old tales and a few new lies. He and Doc went back to high school and had a very special bond. I was proud to become a part of their brotherhood.
Terry hadn´t come around much in a while, can´t blame him, so nice on the coast and he had his own life there.
I know you, doc and I, along with many others will miss his big heart and smile.
Rest in. Peace Brother.
