Terry Lee Reed, Sr., 76, of Woodbury passed away Sunday, January 4, 2026 at St. Thomas West. Born in Cannon County, he was the son of the late William and Alene Preston Reed. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Brenda Reed, Billy Reed and Faye Mears; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Patricia Reed, Anita Reed, Joe McNeese and Charles Johnson.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patricia Mooneyham Reed of Woodbury; 3 children, Terry Lee Reed, Jr. (Autumn), Stacy Reed and Jackie Reed all of Woodbury; grandchildren, Jesse, Austin and Alexis Reed (Jack Michel), and Jared Womack all of Woodbury; great grandson, Vernon Michel; siblings, Geneva Hoover of OK., Curley Reed of McMinnville, Jerry (Betty) Reed and Joe Reed all of Woodbury; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; Brenda Evans of Woodbury, Linda McNeese of Woodbury, Pam (Terry) York of Christiana, Ann Johnson of Woodbury, Ronnie (Ann) Mooneyham of Woodbury and James Mears of Centertown. Also surviving is his aunt, Kay Peeler of Woodbury.

A member of the Sugar Tree Knob Church of Christ, Terry was retired from Paramount Packaging. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and traveling because he "couldn't stand for a motor to get cold". He was always ready for any adventure. He loved all his dogs but what he loved the most was his family. To him, being known as "Pa" was life's greatest blessing-not just from his family, but also from the many friends over generations who became like family.

The Reed family will receive friends, Wednesday, January 7, 2026 after 1:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 8, 2026 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home. His nephew, Bro. Chris Mears will conduct his service. Interment will follow in Prater Cemetery. Pallbearers include, Jesse and Austin Reed, Jared Womack, Chris Mooneyham, Tim Mooneyham, and Tyler Brennan. Honorary Pallbearers include Bobby, Cody and Jeffery Lorance, Buddy Johnson and Jake Mooneyham.
