Terry Rigsby Obituary
Mr. Terry Rigsby, 65, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2024. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Shema Baptist Church at 11:00AM with Bro. Troy Fripp officiating.
Mr. Rigsby was born January 19, 1959, in Buena Vista, GA to Elgie and Ruth Underwood Rigsby. He was a hard-working father, who loved his family dearly. Mr. Rigsby enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved to make people laugh with his quick wit. He would do all he could to help someone in need if he were able. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ricky Rigsby.
Survivors include his companion, Brenda Burns; his children, Debra Knight, Terry Rigsby, Jr., Shelly Rigsby (Chaz), Kelly Rigsby, and Katie Rigsby (Jordan); a brother, Leon Rigsby (Jane); two sisters, Sue Barrett and Brenda Austad (Brad); seven grandchildren, Austin, Hope, Heaven, Holley, Bailey, Oliver, and Marcie; and several nieces and nephews.
