He is survived by nieces and nephews, Angela Smith and husband, Richard Bradshaw, Sheila, Sonya, Dwayne and Billy; and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Larry Smithey and Stanton Smithey, Jr.
Services will be private for the family only. Live streaming of the service will be available 2:00 PM Friday, April 10, 2020 at www.lowefuneralhome.com.
