Mr. Terry L. Warner, 83, of Galesburg, Illinois, passed away at 9:10 p.m. Saturday, November 8, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born September 9, 1942, in Macomb, Illinois, the son of Lyle and Vera (Bennett) Warner. Terry married Marjorie A. Phillips on August 2, 1981, in Galesburg.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Marjorie A. Warner of Galesburg; two sons, Sean W.J. (and Denise) Warner of Tolono, Illinois, and Lonnie (and Lula Ann) Berry Sr. of Galesburg; two daughters, Tracy L. Warner of Monmouth, Illinois, and Nicole A. Warner of Monmouth; a sister, Hazel Baker of Charlestown, Indiana; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Lori Delware; a brother, Max Warner; a sister, Bonnie Cadwalader; and two brothers-in-law, Eldon Cadwalader and Harlan Baker.

Terry graduated from Western Illinois University High School in Macomb in 1960. Following graduation, he proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. After his military service, he worked in the paint department at Admiral/Maytag Corporation in Galesburg for 32 years, retiring on October 1, 1995.

He was a devoted member of the East Galesburg Community Chapel. Terry enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially gardening and fishing.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, at Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Directors and Cremation Services Galesburg Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel, with Pastor Danny England officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Knox County Honor Guard at the chapel. Burial will be in Good Hope Cemetery, Good Hope, Illinois.

Memorials may be made to the East Galesburg Community Chapel. Online condolences may be shared at www.h-p-w.com.
