Terry Wright Obituary
Terry Jean Wright, age 62, of Lovells, MI passed away unexpectedly on October 3, 2025 at Hurley Medical Center.
Terry was born in Detroit, MI on January 12, 1963 to William and Anna (Pichner) Mills. She married Richard Stanley Wright on June 22, 1985. Terry enjoyed travel, genealogy, photography, margaritas, staying busy with work, spending time with her pets and family, watching General Hospital, kayaking, fishing, and trail riding.
Terry is survived by her husband of 40 years, Rick Wright; sons, James Wright and William (Caroline) Wright; grandson, Jacob Hope Wright; brothers, William Mills and George (Melanie) Mills; aunt, Doris Pichner; niece, Michelle (Rick Carroll) Peterson; and great nephew, Zach Carroll. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Anna, and siblings Robert Mills, Donna Lynn Fahey, and Ann Bruckner.
A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, October 11th, 2025, 6:00 PM with visitation before from 4:00 - 6:00 PM at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in Grayling, MI.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Terry to St. Jude’s Children's Research Hospital.
