Teryn Robinson Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Caring Cremations - Chicago on Feb. 4, 2026.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Teryn Robinson. Teryn was a beacon of light and laughter in the lives of all who knew her. She passed away with her wife by her side on January 30, 2026.

Teryn is survived by her wife, Anne Fisher, son Simon Fisher, mother Lisa (Gary) Soper, brother Stefen (Jamie Breeck) Robinson, and nephew Avi Breeck. She was preceded in death by her father James (Earline) Robinson.

Teryn left a lasting impact on countless lives through her work with students at Loyola. An ardent believer in the power of community involvement and continuous learning, she was an inspiration to many.

Known for her warmth, kindness, and an infectious sense of humor, Teryn truly embodied the spirit of love and laughter. She turned every experience into an opportunity for fun and creativity, filling the lives of those around her with smiles and her infectious laughter.

A celebration of Teryn's life will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 12pm-4pm at 3521 N Pulaski Rd, with a brief service/sharing of stories at 3pm. There is parking in back as well as street parking, and the funeral home is accessible by public transportation.

In lieu of flowers, the family is raising funds for her son Simon's future education. Donations can be made at https://everloved.com/life-of/teryn-robinson/donate/. In this way, Teryn's deep commitment to education and her son's future can continue to thrive. She would also remind us all to get involved in our communities - go out and make a difference. Make the world a little better than it was yesterday.

While Teryn's physical presence will be sorely missed, her spirit will continue to live on through the colorful memories and she left behind. A soul as vibrant and loving as hers cannot be forgotten. Her legacy lives on in every life she touched, every smile she shared, every heart she warmed, and in the sparkle and spirit of her wife and son, whom she loved with every fiber of her being.
