Tess Marie Woolsey, the daughter of Shawn Woolsey and Karen (Cottenmyre) Woolsey, was born March 29, 1998 at Salina, Kansas and passed away on October 16, 2025 at the Republic County Hospital, Belleville, KS at the age of 27.
Cremation was selected and Celebration of Life Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 8, 2025 at the Wesleyan Church, Belleville, KS with Pastor Mark McGregor, officiating.
Family inurnment will be held at a later date at the Belleville Cemetery, Belleville, KS.
The family will greet friends from 5 PM until 7 PM, Friday, November 7, 2025 at the Bachelor-Surber Funeral Home, Belleville.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at the Citizens National Bank, Belleville with the memorial to be decided later.
