Thelma Hazelett Obituary
She was a native of Alabama, and the daughter of the late Jesse and Agnes Voncile Clark.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Hazelett in December of 2015; and her brother and sisters, Norman Clark, Patricia Price and Sue Reeves.
She is survived by her sons, Rodney Hazelett (Tammy) of Old Town, Fla., Dwight Hazelett of Almond, N.C., and James Hazelett (Cindy) of Apopka, Fla.; sisters, Maxine Sanders and Laverne Grek; grandchildren: Celena Frazier, Crystal Hansen, Rachel Wall, Bryan Hazelett, Stephanie Knowles and Joann Hartman; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 11, 2025, at the Townson-Smith Funeral Home Chapel.
The Rev. Randy Collins will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Lower Panther Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-3 p.m., Saturday at the chapel, prior to the service.
Townson-Smith Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Hazelett family.
