Theodore F. Grzejka, 90, of Newnan, GA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Staten Island, New York, Theodore later moved to New Jersey and eventually settled in Newnan, Georgia, where he made his home for the past 8 months.

After earning an Associate Degree in Applied Sciences from The College of Staten Island and Pace College, Theodore began a long career as an assistant manager with Continental Insurance Company. In 1956, he married the love of his life, Caroline, and together they built a beautiful family, raising six children and later welcoming eight grandchildren. Theodore often said that his greatest joy in life was his family, and the time he spent with them was his proudest accomplishment. He had a very strong polish heritage which he passed on to his family.

Theodore was a man of deep faith and service. He was a proud member of Amvets Post #2, a past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council #351, and a past president of The Renaissance Staten Island Club. He also enjoyed being a member of The Renaissance and No Gimme Golf Club. He was honored with the Dale Carnegie Highest Achievement Award, a recognition of his hard work, dedication, and character.

In his leisure time, Theodore found joy on the golf course and in front of the television cheering on his beloved New York Yankees. He delighted in sharing stories of his childhood dreams of becoming a baseball player, his fond memory of climbing to the top of the Statue of Liberty, and his favorite simple pleasures-listening to music and watching TV in his recliner. Above all, Theodore will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather whose happiest moments were those spent surrounded by his family.

He was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Stella Grzejka and his daughter, Joan Grzejka. He is survived by his cherished wife, Caroline; his children, Theodore Grzejka, Christine Grzejka, Susan Pulicare, Gerard Grzejka and Daniel Grzejka and his grandchildren, Steven, Kevin, James, John, Steven, Timmy, Matthew and Gabriella.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Monday, September 15, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home, 344 Route 9 North, Manalapan, NJ 07726.
