Theodore “Ted” Ingemanson, Jr., age 69, passed away on July 9, 2025. He was the husband to Judith A. (Smith) Ingemanson for 40 loving years. He was the son of the late Theodore Ingemanson, Sr. and Catherine E. Ingemanson and was raised and educated in Scituate and later Holbrook. He was a lifelong carpenter and also a member of Local 624. In his early years, he enjoyed farming with his grandfather Ture. Ted loved riding his Harley, going out with to eat with his family - especially enjoying a lobster dinner, attending muscle car shows, and going to his Florida home with his wife Judy, making many memories in the Gulf Coast spending time on the water in Port Charlotte. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife Judy, Ted was predeceased by his son Theodore “TJ” Ingemanson and survived by his children Robert E. Ingemanson of Stoughton, Catherine G. Ingemanson, and her husband Paulo Chamorro of Whitman. He was the loving Grandpa to his grandchildren Eva Ingemanson, Ellie Chamorro and Corey and Harley Ingemanson. He is also survived by his siblings Thomas Ingemanson, Kathy Seaman, and Karla King, and was predeceased by his sister Karen Fox.
Visitation will be held at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street (Rt. 27), Stoughton, on Tuesday July 22nd from 4-7PM with Funeral Prayers at 7PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ted's memory may be made to the American Heart Association at https://www.heart.org/en/get-involved/ways-to-give.
