My sympathy and my prayers to Theo's family as they deal with this very difficult time ahead.
I was saddened to hear of Theo's passing. I have memories of my classmate at Central Catholic High School as a gifted swimmer and student. He was a quiet and a purposeful young man whom I admired throughout our time in high school. I always remembered him and the example he set by his actions and his person.
Thank you, Theo for the lessons you taught, which I am sure you never knew. You will always have my respect.
May the Angels welcome you into Paradise, Theo!

Dear Ketchum Family,
I have known Theo since we were small children, growing up on center ave. His mom and dad, his older brother dewayne, and the next door neighbors. It was a great time and I have many fond memories from that time. I do remember theo coming into traffic court, when I was a city magistrate. It was great seeing him and I was proud of his accomplishments. His family gave him a good start in life and he and his brother made the best of it. I mourn his loss and hope for the best for his family. please accept my sincere condolences

My deepest sympathy to the Ketchum family. Ted and I served together on a board of Pennsylvania institutions of higher education. I'll remember with fondness his dedication to adult students and willingness to volunteer his time. May your memories provide you comfort. Rest in peace Ted. I know you fought a long battle.

I knew Ted as a professional colleague through a higher educational organization to which we both belonged. He was a very dedicated member. I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family and hope that my long time professional colleague will now rest in God's quiet peace. You will be missed Ted.

Deepest condolences to Theo's family from Lark and I. Theo and DeWayne are lifelong friends since growing up together on Centre Ave. We played, swam and rode bikes together. We grew up in the historical Centre Ave YMCA. Memories to be treasured forever.
Rest in God's embrace my friend.
