(JoAnn) Gemmati, Steven (Nancy) Gemmati, Ninette (David) Jernigan, Paul (Jill) Gemmati, Joseph (Sue) Gemmati and Matthew (Lisa) Gemmati; cherished grandmother of Jamie Lynn, Peter Jr. (Ashley), Christopher, Gina (Jacob), Jessica, Alyssa, Justin (Sara), Jonathan (Michelle), Elizabeth (Jake), Summer (Matt), Michael (Leah), Stephanie (Mike), Ryan (Amber), Andrea, Natalie, Gabrielle and Connor; adored great grandmother of 18; loving daughter of the late Anthony and Alma Susi; dear sister of Mary, the late Virginia and the late James; also loved by nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel) 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave. on Wednesday (December 3) from 3-6 PM, where a Funeral Service will immediately follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Buffalo.
