Theresa Kim Sybrandts (Kym) of Loveland Colorado born May 22nd 1959 in Denver, passed on December 30th 2024. Kym grew up in Denver and was a mountain girl camping, hiking, rock climbing and skiing. She loved being on a boat and water recreation sports but not as much as being on a Harley. She loved dancing and singing all her life. Her biggest love was being a mother. Her early working career she managed a local Loveland liquor store and Carter Lakes beloved Windjammer where she met her husband Terry. On a night they both recalled sparks flying and destinies dying to be met. Co-owner and Co-founder with husband of well known A-Concrete in 1983. They eventually sold but revived as A-Bobcat and Concrete years later. She also turned her hobbies and interests into money making opportunities an antique booth, a tanning salon, personal trainer, hairdresser, and a party and wedding planning business. She of course organized and planned both her daughter's wedding to every detail. Her love for camping and Carter Lake she ended her working career owning North Shore RV & Store, a campground and convenience store. After retirement her plans were to travel to be with grandbabies, ride motorcycles and spend time where it was warm and sunny. She bought a condo in Lake Havasu Arizona to spend her and Terry's retirement. The news of her Cancer diagnosis put many of those retirement plans at a standstill as she began to plan instead to heal. She fought an astounding fight for 2 1/2 years. Her faith in Christ was a foundation in her (as she called it as) 'ancer' battle. She took the 'c' off as a direct and demanding effort to rob it of it's power. Her strength was admired by everyone who met her. She is survived by her husband Terry Sybrandts and two daughters Shelby Adams and Shelsey Gross. Granddaughters Aspen and Vienna Adams. Son in-laws Garrett Adams and Ken Gross. Mother Kay Disner, sister Jill McGill, nephews Justin and Chad Buxbaum, brother Randy Howard, and heart sister Jerri Morris.
Preceded in death by father Ray Howard.
She was brave and she was beautiful.
Celebration of Life.

Kim was vibrant and a cheerful gal who lit up the room. That's what we enjoyed so much. She lifted spirits & was such fun anytime.
Even when she was sick, she posted on FB family fun photos that was such treasure. There is a hole without her there. But she deserved the best, a peaceful spirit that no longer suffers.
I'm sure she is a bright shining star up there sparkling down on her family.
Prayers and love to her family!!
