BALBONI, Thomas D. of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Wellesley, MA, passed away on February 23, 2026.
Tom was the longtime companion of Carol Nahass and the former husband of Karen Balboni. He was a proud father of Tina Natale and her husband Stephen of Glen Allen, VA; Brian Balboni of Natick, MA; and Michael Balboni and his wife Ana of Natick, MA. He was a loving grandfather to Kenzlie, Joseph, Gino, Lily, and Kora.
A dedicated small business owner, Tom gave his life’s work to the plumbing and heating industry. Through years of hard work, integrity, and determination, he built his business and earned a reputation for reliability and craftsmanship.
Tom had a way of keeping people on their toes — he said what he thought and did what needed to be done. He wasn’t one for fuss or frills, but he always showed up for the people he cared about and never backed down when it mattered.
He was the beloved brother of Frederick Balboni and his wife Linda of Milford, MA, and the cousin of Jay Balboni and his wife Judy of Tuftonboro, NH.
Services will be held privately at a later date.
