Thomas A. Basich, 82, of Sewell, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025.
Legacy
Thomas Anthony Basich, Sr. was born on June 5, 1942, in the city of Woodbury to Anthony and Laura Basich. Tom enjoyed and valued the life he was given by the Lord, and there were many elements that defined who Tom was and what he enjoyed to do. Tom was a man who loved family and being with family, from the immediate to all extended family. Tom was an unconditional, loving, loyal, and devoted husband, a valued and honorable father, a beloved brother and friend who was always ready and willing to attend to anyone in need. Tom enjoyed watching sports, like the Phillies, Eagles, and Golf, but most of all his grandson's AJ's hockey games. In service, he worked at Chemical Leamon Tank Lines, honorably served in the U.S. Army and fervently served at Franklinville Little League. No matter where Tom was, whether it was with family, friends or service he impacted lives, and he will be forever loved and adorned by many.
Family
He is the beloved husband of Marguerite (Nee Wilson); devoted father of Thomas A. Basich, Jr (Mira), Timothy M. Basich (Christiann). Beloved Grandfather to Anthony Joseph (AJ). Adored son of Anthony and Laura Basich. Dear brother to Daniel L. (Karen), Michael J. (Susan), and Anthony P. "Bud" (Sharon). Predeceased by his brother Robert C. (Diane) and sister (Donna K. Beebe. Survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.
