Thomas Blight Obituary
Thomas James Blight Sr. of Luzerne passed away Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, at his home.
He was born in Junedale, Pa., a son of Jack and Marie Sweeney Blight. He was a graduate of Luzerne High School and served his country during the Vietnam War as a helicopter mechanic. He was employed by Procter & Gamble for many years and also operated Blight's Shooting Supplies out of his home. He was known to be an excellent deer hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine; and brother, Lawrence.
Surviving are his son, Thomas James Blight Jr.; granddaughter, Carlyn Blight; and sister, Judy Blight.
Private funeral services will be held. Condolences can be sent at betzjastremski.com.
