Tom enjoyed his family and many activities in retirement including riding his Harley.
Survivors include a son, Willis P. (Sara) Bowers, Basehor, KS, a daughter Cheri Bowers, Oskaloosa, KS, and three grandchildren, granddaughters, Kennedy Bowers, Gardner, KS, Madison (Logan Mitchell) Bowers, Eudora, KS and grandson, Tegan (Lexi) Bowers, Oskaloosa. KS.
Cremation Care is planned. A memorial celebration of life will be from 2 pm to 4 pm, on Sunday, December 7th, 2025, at the Harrington Family Event Center, 218 Oak St. Bonner Springs, KS. 66012
