Thomas Burton
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Burton, 68, of Plum Borough on Saturday, October 18, 2025. Tom was born September 17, 1957, the son of the late William and Margaret (Cawley) Burton. He was preceded in death by his two siblings, Barry Burton and Virginia "Jena" (Burton) Denobile. He was the loving father of Veronica Burton and William Burton. A stepfather to Donnie, Samantha, Stephanie, Angelo, Jamie and Missy. He was the Slap Happy Pappy to 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is survived by his three brothers, Terry, Bubba and Jimmy and his nieces and nephews.
He belonged to Murrysville Alliance Church. He was a member of Labors Union 373. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with the members of his riding club and fiddling in his garage. He was there to help any of his friends that needed the help. He was loved by many.
We will be holding a celebration of life in the spring 2026.

Tom and I have been friends since first grade. We've kept in touch over the years. Our big laugh was " Remember us sled riding down Stotler Road?" We'd laugh and he'd say" Yeah, you liked to wreck!"
I'll miss my friend, R.I.P. Tommy
