Now at rest, Tom is survived by his devoted wife, Frances (Scroccarelli) of 59 years, son, Craig, daughter, Lauren, son-in-law, Keith, and grandchildren, Eliza, Grayson (Samantha). Uncle of Susan (Frank), Sharon (Matthew), Kevin, Christopher, Eric, MJ, and Charlie. Friends and family are invited to celebrate a life well-lived at his VIEWING Wednesday evening 7PM-9PM at Monti-Rago Funeral Home 2533 South Broad Street Philadelphia PA, with a service at 8PM and Thursday morning 8:30AM-9:30AM at Monti-Rago Funeral Home. Internment at Laurel Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Friends of the Free Library of Philadelphia.
