Tom was admired for his congeniality, personality, and professionalism by so many. Myself amongst the many. Great smile, great listener and open to any suggestion that might enhance the education of our youth. He was one of the crew that made teaching at Quirk the highlight of my time in Hartford. May God rest his soul. Best to Beth and the family. Jack La Plante

I am a friend of Beth's and met Tom at a Local restaurant a few years ago as Beth & Tom were celebrating ,I think it was Valentine's Day, as were my husband and me. We remarked how he didn't see his wife all that much as she was so involved with the Friends of the Library in Bloomfield. We all laughed over that.
