Preceded in death by his father Wilbur Jay Cook, two brothers Charles and David.
Survived by his mother Eula Clayborn Cook Echard, his siblings Janice Hagen, Phyllis King, Marie Strimple, Pamela (Bill) Sellers-Eaton, Sheila (Henry)Biston, and Kelly Warren and multiple nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered very fondly and forever missed.

We are so sorry for the family's loss. I only met Tommy a few times and he was always very friendly .
And always had a smile on his face.
At least he is home now in God's loving arms. This is our belief.
