He was born in Akron and was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls. Thomas enjoyed his grandchildren very much and attended every event that they were in whether it was a sporting game, concert or play.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Melva (Cox) Cully. He is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 66 years, Barbara (Weaver) Cully; children, Cheryl Brown (Bob), Karen Farine (Dennis), Michael Cully and Patti Wood (Steve); grandchildren, Ryan, Andy, Jeremy, Sarah and Erin; and great-grandchildren, Matthew and Grace.
Friends may call Wednesday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave. (one block North of Portage Trail at 3rd St.) Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221. Funeral service Thursday, 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221. Rev. Jonathan Priebe officiating. Interment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens in Cuyahoga Falls. Donations may be made to the church in his memory. (McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, Cuyahoga Falls. 330-928-1313. anthonyfh.com)
