Thomas is survived by his fiancé Chelsea Nadler, children Jasper Cummins and Addison Cummins, brother Michael Cummins and sister Danielle Gibson. In addition to his parents Thomas is preceded by one brother John Cummins.
Visitation will be held 11am – 2pm Monday, October 6, 2025, at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler, KY.
