Our family lived next door to the Devers on Sherry Drive for the first 19 years of my life. He was a great childhood playmate. whether we were trying to catch minnows or crawdads in the creek or just playing in the adjoining yards, we always had fun. His mom and dad were wonderful people.
Tom was two years older than me and four and eight years older than my siblings, but he was never a bully, always kind.
I can believe he was a beloved teacher, a great husband, father, son and brother and I am sure he will be missed.

So sorry for your loss.
I grew up next door to Tom in Trotwood. Many happy memories of Tom and his family over the years. Playing as kids in the back of our houses with hide and seek, flag or touch football.
Tom was kind to everyone, young and old.
