Thomas Jeffrey Graft, son of Nathaniel Graft and Shirley Smith Graft of Hopwood,

passed away peacefully Monday, June 30 2025 with his cherished family by his side.

Tom was born May 3, 1961 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. He attended Laurel Highlands

and also, California State College. He was employed by S. Grumbacher and Son (Bon Ton) as an assistant manager at Uniontown and at Cranberry (where he met his wife Jackie) and Bridgeport, WV. He was a sales manager for Brown and Williamson, a Department Manager at Target and his last position was a Department Manager at Home Depot in Uniontown.

Tom loved playing soccer at South Union with Tom and Leah Walls and friends.

He and Jackie traveled around on his Harley and had amazing fun with Scotty, Wendy,

Jeff and Lisa with the highlight being The Sturgis Rally and Myrtle Beach Bike Week.

Tom set up TJ Jewelry Designs and handcrafted rings, earrings and bracelets for his family

and customers.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Pete and Shirley Graft, his mother-in-law Mary

Porter, his brother Nathaniel Graft III, h is uncles, William Smith and Robert Smith, his aunts, Barbara Peterson, Jayne Graft and Bernice Richey and his sister-in-law, Julie Porter Vance.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jacqueline Porter Graft of Hopwood. Lauren Courser (Ryan) of Connellsville, Ina Graft of Hopwood, sister-in-law Susan Love (Dave) of Farmville, VA, brothers-in-law David Porter of Knox, PA, Rob Porter of Farmville, VA.

grandsons, Rowan Daniel and Cohen Thomas Courser, nephew, Jackson Null (Amanda) Katie Vance (Clif and baby David) of Tallahassee FL, Will Porter and Brooke Porter of Clarion, PA, brother, Will Graft of Greensburg and uncle Dave Richey and his family of Pittsburgh, and his good friend Susie.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA. A Celebration of Tom's life of kindness and giving will be announced at a later date.
