I was so sorry to hear this. I knew him from Marquette - he was always a strong and sweet man, great sense of humor, and definitely larger than life. I know how much his family meant to him - I am so sorry for your loss.

Dear Karen, Jessica and Jack- I'm sending you love and prayers. Tom was so friendly, kind. His handshake was like a block of concrete. What a good man. I have nothing but great memories of the times I spent around him, and all of you. If you ever need anything, just let me know. (Pete Mihalek- friend of Jenny Boylan)

My name is Mark Herbst and I considered myself a close friend of Tom. We went to Marquette together and formed a close and deep friendship that has lasted throughout the years. I always looked up to Tom - both literally and figuratively - and immensely enjoyed becoming close to his family whenever we vacationed together. My sons will deeply miss their " uncle T" and as for me, will consider Tom as the ultimate measuring stick for being a great father, a loving husband and mostly, as a man. I will miss you deeply brother. You left us too damn early.
