Thomas Edward Hargrove, 81, was born in Clarksville, Virginia. He was a resident of Arlington, Annandale and Fairfax Station, VA. Thomas departed this life on Thursday, October 17, 2025. He was employed by the Arlington County Department of Public Works where he served for 30 years. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents Clarence and Isabell; sister Panthea Goar (Leo); and three brothers, James, Wallace (Minnie Bell) and Ronald (Dori). He leaves to mourn his wife, Jean; two daughters, Pamela (Wilkerson) Robertson and Sheryl Wilkerson (William E. Smith, Jr.); grandson, Isaac F. Robertson, III; a niece, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends and neighbors. The family will accept condolences at a Visitation to be held at National Memorial Park, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA on October 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon. A private family interment will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that future expressions of sympathy be made in memory of Thomas E. Hargrove to the American Lung Association.
