8 long years since I hugged you around your neck. 8 long years since I kissed your lips. 8 long years since I heard you voice and you said you loved me (I said it back). 8 long years for so many unmade new memories. 8 of the longest years of my life. I miss you. I love you. I wish I could have saved you 8 long years ago. RIP - my heavenly husband.

I was Johnny's and Tommy's Kindergarten teacher at Ashland Park. I just learned of their stories through another former student. After seeing photos of them, I could recall what bright, shining stars they were in my classroom. My thoughts and very special prayers are sent to all of you.
