Thomas Henson Obituary
He was born in Charleston March 25, 1936 to the late Lowell and Eunice Henson.
He had a lifetime career in the Air National Guard and retired as Senior Master Sargent with 37+ years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman and took numerous hunting and fishing trips throughout his lifetime and passed that love to his sons and grandchildren, as well as his love for Jesus.
Left to treasure his memory are his loving wife of 69 years, Geraldine "Jerry" Henson of St. Albans; children, Timothy Henson (Vicky), Derek Henson, and Leah Hairston (James), all of St. Albans; six grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Bartlett-Nichols Funeral Home, St. Albans, with Pastor David R. Bess and Pastor Cameron Temple officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Friends may visit the family two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to, Community Church of Teays Valley, in memory of Tom at 202 Dudding Avenue, Hurricane, WV 25526.
