Thomas J Jarvis

Thomas Jarvis, 63, Salina, KS, passed May 10, 2016. He was born February 15, 1953, also in Salina. Following in his father's footsteps, he worked as a heavy equipment operator for most of his life. He always said he was just a grown up boy who still loved to play in the dirt. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Phyllis (Gibson) Jarvis; and his wife, Barbara. Survivors include his children, Tammy Jarvis and Jacob Jarvis of Salina and Jessica Jarvis of Sikeston, MO; Brothers, David Jarvis of Englewood, CO and Richard Jarvis of Salina; Grandchildren, Cody and Katy Ade, Finn Jefferson, and Jayda Jarvis of Salina, and Damon, Jaden, and Trenton Gaskins of Sikeston, MO. A memorial service and wake will be held at the Jarvis family farm, 921 N. Simpson Road, Salina, on June 4, 2016 from 2 to 5 pm.
