Mr. Kersey is survived by his wife, Kathy Kersey of Hartford, AL; five children, William Kersey and wife, Sandra of Graceville, FL, Jacob Kersey and wife Samantha Van Loan of Fort Leonard Wood, MO, Michael Kersey and wife Amana of Ocala, FL, Megan Bowen and husband Noah of Bonifay, FL, and Ashley Blagg and husband Bryan of Wagoner, OK; three step children, Amanada Harris and husband Barry of Bonifay, FL, Melissa Clements and husband Matt of Hartford, AL, and Jared Freeh and wife Maria of Joliet, IL; two brothers, John Kersey and James Kersey and wife Angela; one sister, Holly Laufenberg and husband James; 20 grandchildren, 12 step grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
