"I ask God for material things so I could enjoy life. God gave me life so I could enjoy everything. I took for granted what was given to me for free: life, health, family. I placed value in materialistic items that could easily be replaced. I had to lose everything to realize what is most important-everything that was free. You have one body; don't abuse it. Cherish it. Your second life begins when you realize you only have one. Very little is needed to live a happy life. It's in your way of thinking Family/social, physical, spiritual and work are the four components of life.
