Thomas Lavigne Obituary

A lifelong resident of Cohoes, he was the son of the late William and Rita Cyr Lavigne.
He was educated in Cohoes Schools and worked for most of his life at St. Colman's Home in Watervliet until retiring in 2011. He was an avid bowler and especially enjoyed bowling with his son in his younger years. He also loved the outdoors and going hunting when he was able.
Tom was the loving husband of the late Christine Orderz Lavigne who passed away in 2014. He is survived by his beloved son, Thomas W. Lavigne, Jr. of Cohoes.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
Those wishing to remember Tom in a special way may make contributions in his memory to the American Heart Assoc. (www.heart.org).
