Blacksburg - Thomas Franklin Leach, 52, of 213 Bear Den Road, passed away at his residence on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
Born in Kings Mountain, NC, Thomas was the son of the late Charles Thomas and Rachel Mae Rice Leach. He formerly worked in textiles and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his uncle, David Rice; his aunts, Eva Mullinax, Frances Peterson, and Sandra Kelly; numerous cousins; and his best friend, Erica White.
In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by his infant brother, John Thomas Leach.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 7:00-8:30 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street, Blacksburg, SC. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 11:00 am at Grover City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sherill Dover, Trevor Hambright, Alan Jones, Blake Terry, Jamie Kelly, and Clint Estes.
