Thomas Lucey Obituary
He was born October 4, 1939 in Malden, MA to Thomas and Nora Lucey. He attended Cheverus School and Malden High School. He was employed as a longtime Local 7 Ironworker.
Tom is predeceased by his daughter Ellen O'Connor, his son Thomas Lucey, sister Catherine Rand, twin sister Margaret Coffey and former wife, Julianne Lucey. He is survived by his daughter Denise MacGregor and her husband William, daughter Brigette Lucey and fiancé Charles Crafts, son-in-law Paul O'Connor, daughter-in-law Susan Lucey, sisters Ellen Holmes and Rita Pulson and brother-in-law Fred Coffey. He also leaves behind six grandsons, Scott MacGregor and wife Emily, James MacGregor, Thomas Lucey and Kristen Lucey, Lieutenant Daniel Lucey, USN, David O'Connor and wife Shane May and Dennis O'Connor. Tom is also survived by seven great grandchildren, Sean, Lily, Brynn, Thomas, Dana, Hannah and Robert. Additionally, he is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a cancer charity of your choice.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service in Boston Cremation, 287 Main Street, Malden on Tuesday, October 7th from 10-12 pm.
