Thomas Manus Obituary
Thomas Frank Manus age 70, of Waxhaw NC, passed peacefully to his heavenly home on September 27, 2025 at Novant Health Matthews Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00AM Friday, October 3, 2025, in the Chapel of Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112, with burial to follow at Lakeland Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Gordon Funeral Service.
Frank was a man of faith whose heart was after the heart of God. Frank truly enjoyed sharing his love for Christ with others.
Frank also led an Adult Sunday school class at Open Book Bible Church, here in Union County. He was a great carpenter in building and remodeling houses. He also loved fishing!
Frank is now reunited with love ones, with his wife Wanda H. Manus, his mother Donnie Manus, father Walter Manus and brother Steve Manus. He is survived by his sister: Helen Renfro (Tommy), brothers; Richard Manus (Cheri), Dale Manus (Kathy) and Danny Manus; five children, Brandy Manus, Misty Griffin, Chad Manus, Corey Manus and Carla Manus. Frank is also survived by his six grandchildren; Lynzee Marshall (James), Landon Robinson, Bethanie Driggers, Breena Griffin, Braxton Griffin and Bryson Efird, and six great grandchildren.
