Thomas B. Masterson, 85, of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his wife Dorothy and his three daughters, on August 21, 2025. Thomas was born and raised in Paisley, Scotland. The youngest of nine children to parents Anne and Patrick, Thomas came to the United States at age 22 and was drafted into the United States Army. He was stationed at Fort Dix in NJ before being transferred to the Presidio. While in San Francisco, he met Dorothy, to whom he was married for 59 years. In addition to his three daughters, Fiona, Christine (Michael), Amanda (Mark), he was blessed with seven grandchildren: Alayna, John, Emily, Sarah, Mia, Ian, and Connor. He also loved being an uncle to his numerous nieces and nephews, both in the US and Scotland.
At the conclusion of his military service, Thomas and Dorothy moved to New Jersey to be closer to his brother James and his family. He worked at Langston Corporation for over 30 years. He was an avid follower of Premier League Soccer and a long-time Philadelphia Flyers fan. He enjoyed spending time with his family, music and singing, and golf.
