Tom Milburn, born November 23, 1941 - has passed away August 12th, 2025 from a battle with Cancer. He fought cancer for over 5 years, and he wanted to live those years as he did his entire life; on his terms.

His drive, work ethic, and attention to detail were skills that he applied tirelessly as a 34 year tenured insurance adjuster at State Farm. He was always involved in the community, giving his time and care whether as a softball coach for young ladies, or at the hospital escorting The "lil old ladies". And his favorite, wheeling new moms and newborns together, to be picked up by their new dads to start new life.

Tom had many hobbies and passions in life, From Saturday football ("Go Aggies!") to diving into an amazing book, or just something as simple as seeing the American flag wave in the wind. His laughter and humor were contagious, his smirk and smile left you doing the same, and his joy for everyone and from everyone, was felt by everyone. We will miss that immensely; he's truly one of a kind.

Tom is pre-deceased by his son Maj. Michael P. Milburn. Our beloved Tom is survived by his beautiful, loving, always devoted wife Jan; his four children Laura, Susan, Katie and Derek; his grandchildren and all of the extremely close friends that he considered family.

There will be a Celebration of Life at Ramsey Funeral Home, 5600 Williams Dr. Georgetown TX 78633, on September 20th at 2:00pm for everyone to come together and share their stories and memories in remembrance of Tom Carlisle Milburn; Husband, Father ,Grandfather, and friend.
