It is with deep sadness we share that Thomas Richard Minotti of Louisville, KY. has joined our heavenly father on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Tommy, as he is known by all lived a happy and simple life that ended too soon at the age of 67. Tommy was a man of high integrity and kindness. He touched the lives of everyone that knew him through his generosity, humor and unwavering devotion to his family and friends. His presence lit every room he entered, and his absence leaves a silence that cannot be filled. Born on January 27, 1958, grew into a man admired for his hard work, wisdom and compassion. Whether at work, his friendships or his role as a devoted uncle to his many nephews and nieces that he so loved and cherished. He always gave selflessly and loved deeply.
Although his time with us was far too short, his impact will live on in the countless lives he inspired. We remember him not only for what he achieved, but for who he was – an outstanding man with a remarkable heart.
Tommy is preceded in death by his father, William Vincent Minotti and his mother, Johanna (Dolly Lonergan) Minott;, and his brothers, Lawrence and Michael Minotti.
Tommy is survived by his brother, Joseph Minotti (Beverly); and his sisters, Mary Smith (Glenn) and Patricia Kasdagly (Dino); and the many nieces and nephews he loved, Roger Smith, Christopher Minotti, David Minotti, Danny Smith, Carrie Minotti, Julia Minotti, Maria Arundel, Stephen Minotti, Christopher Kasdagly and Anthony Minotti; and a host of family and friends..
Visitation will be from 3pm to 6pm on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Receptions, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243. A celebration of Tommy's life will be there at 6pm. Burial will be at 11am on Friday, October 3rd at Calvary Cemetery Chapel.
