William Michael Minotti

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Michael
Minotti on July 14, 2025, at the age of 78. Michael passed away peacefully
at home with his family.
William was born in Charleston, West Virginia, and his parents moved to
Louisville, Kentucky when Michael was 5 years of age. Michael attended
Desales High School and graduated in May of 1965; he enlisted in the
USAF. William retired with 27 years of service at the rank of SMS. He
then continued his career in private Country Clubs.
William is survived by his high school sweetheart of 58 years, Sharon and
their son Christopher Michael. William had two sisters, Mary and Patricia
and three brothers, Tommy, Larry and Joe.
Michael had a kind heart and was always there to help whenever needed.
He enjoyed playing golf with his son and his friends. He loved going to our
home in NC where he would sit out on the deck and watch the deer. He
was at peace with himself.
William (Mike) as he was called by his family and friends will be sorely
missed. He was a beloved husband, father and friend.
The funeral will be at Townson-Rose Funeral Home in Murphy, NC
on August 30, 2025, at 2:00pm
Townson-Rose Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
