Resident of Forest Grove, Oregon, Thomas Peter Morelli, passed away peacefully in his apartment on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. Tom was born in Upland, California on July 10, 1958 and was one of seven children.

Tom is survived by his daughters Amanda (Michael) Adamson, and Tabatha (Chris) Snider, grandchildren Jaysa and Michael Snider. Siblings Nicole Morelli (James Memmott), David (Mary Jo) Morelli, Michael (Linda) Workman Morelli, Lorraine (Dan) Hiscoe, Gerry (Helen) Morelli, and Elisa Morelli, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Tom was predeceased by Karen Coder, his loving partner of thirty years.

Tom had a successful landscape business in Oregon. He attended college even after enlisting in the Army and working for the DOD. He was a heavy wheeled vehicle and tank mechanic, stationed in Germany and the United States. He had an active military service in the Army during the Gulf War Era, from September 1976 to September 1979; and later, from January 1991 to May 1991. He achieved a final rank of Sergeant. He worked simultaneously for DOD and the Army Reserves. He had 30 years of military service, including active and reserve. He loved working on tanks and was proud of his service career.

He wrote in a letter "God has blessed me with the whole Morelli family. Thank you! I am blessed, the family has really supported me so much." He was a loving partner to Karen, and a dedicated dog and cat owner. He had many loving companions. His dog named Tippie (his last dog is also named Tippie) saved his life when his house in Virginia burned down.

He lived in North Chesterfield, Virginia for 40 years. He moved back to Oregon in 2024 to be near his family.
