Tom was born July 30, 1956 to Verna Joanne Knight and William Ronald Moser.

Tom's younger years were spent in the Rose Park area, and he later moved with his family to Granger, Utah. Tom graduated from Granger High School. Tom graduated from Westminster College in software engineering. After receiving his degree, he went to work for Evans and Southerland. He worked in the software engineering field until he retired in 2021.

Tom loved hunting and fishing with his family, it was a life-long love of his. Tom loved being in his yard and was always making improvements. He loved gardening and spent hours and hours in the yard. He loved decorating with his pink flamingos!

Tom loved working with his hands and always had a building project going on. He spent so much time making his yard haunted for Halloween, which his grand nieces and nephews looked forward to every year. He was artistic, creative, and extremely talented.

Tom met the love of his life, Julie Johnson, in 1993. They were married in February of 1994 and later sealed together in the Salt Lake Temple.

Tom loved being with his family. His nephews loved learning to fish from him. Tom had a great sense of humor and always kept the family laughing!

Tom was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He held many callings but his favorite was being in the library.

Tom battled many health issues throughout his life. He was such a valiant fighter.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, brother Mike, and his three dogs; Jett, Mickey, and Toby. He is survived by his wife, Julie, his brother Gary (Margie) and his sister Lyndia Gray(Jim).

A Celebration of Life will be held August 18th, 6-8pm at the Draper Park North Pavilion.
