Thomas A. Neth

Thomas A. Neth, age 87, of McMurray, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, with his family by his side.
He was born March 17, 1938 in Erie, Pa., to the late Albert and Mildred Neth.
Tom is survived by his beloved wife, Carol, of over 60 years; his three daughters, Beth Ann (Jack) Bartram, Jody (John) Christofer, and Wendy Neth; his grandchildren, Evan, Justin and Sydney; and step grandchildren, John and Jeremiah.
Tom graduated high school with amateur boxing status before attending Penn State University and graduating with a degree in Animal Husbandry. After college, he enlisted in the United States Coast Guard.
Tom was the National Sales Director for Best Feeds and Farm Supply for over 25 years prior to his retirement in 2003.
He was an avid sportsman, hunter, and horseman, ultimately leading to meeting the love of his life at a horse show. Tom and Carol were always on the go traveling the country showing horses, dogs, judging and field trialing. They established a reputable breeding facility raising dogs and miniature donkeys along with several exotics over the years. Tom was a country and bluegrass enthusiast and enjoyed the simple farm life. He was a long-time member of Nottingham Christian Center and held his faith close.
Tom will be remembered for being a hard-working, passionate outdoorsman, businessman, and most of all the rock of the family. He loved his family deeply, and will be dearly missed. "We love you more".
Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray (724-941-3211), where services will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. Interment will be private for immediate family at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
